*Oat Straw - increases milk production, strengthens bones & teeth, supports nervous system, stabilizes blood sugar, relieves depression by nourishing your pancreas, liver and adrenals, high in calcium & B vitamins, lowers cholesterol lowering & improves circulation
*Rose - anti-oxidant, supports hydration & weight loss, menstrual pain, stress support, anti-depressant, antibacterial

Suggested Use: Steep 1 Tbsp of Tea in Boiling Water. Cover and let steep from 15 min to 4 hours (infusion) to draw out medicinal qualities. Longer steep = stronger tea.
